هرگاه نتوانید با استفاده از تلفن خود تماس بگیرید و پیغام Restricted برای شما به نمایش در آید و یا بوق عدم امکان تماس برایتان پخش شود تلفن شما قفل شده است و باید قفل آن را باز کنید. قفل شدن به دو صورت مختلف ممکن است رخ داده باشد در این مقاله به بررسی دلیل اول میپردازیم:

“قفل داخلی” شما ممکن است برای جلو گیری از دسترسی غیر مجاز افراد دیگر به داخلی تان، بوسیله کد 77 داخلی خود را قفل کرده باشید برای قرار دادن رمز و یا برداشتن آن طبق روش زیر عمل کنید :
•    گوشی را بردارید. (PT/SLT)
•    77 را شماره گیری کنید.
•    برای قرار دادن رمز می توانید یک عدد 4 رقمی را دوبار وارد کنید و برای برداشتن آن رمزی را که قبلا قرار داده اید یک بار وارد نمائید.
•    کلید مربع را فشار دهید.
•    پس از شنیدن صدای بوق گوشی را روی دستگاه قرار دهید.

عیب یابی در سانترال کم ظرفیت: عدم برقراری تماس و وجود محدودیت

با وارد کردن رمز عبور می توانید داخلی خود را از حالت قفل برداشته تا بتوانید از طریق آن با خطوط خارج از مجموعه تان تماس بگیرید.
در ادامه به دلیل دوم قفل شدن خواهیم پرداخت.

در اینجا به دومین دلیل برای این مشکل یعنی قفل داخلی از طریق ریموت میپردازیم: برای اپراتور یا مدیر سیستم این قابلیت فراهم شده است تا بتوانند داخلی دیگری را از راه دور قفل نمایند تا نتواند با بیرون تماس بگیرد، پس دلیل دیگری که ممکن است نتوانیم از طریق داخلی خود با خارج از مجموعه تماس بگیریم این امر است .
حال به نحوه انجام این کار می پردازیم :

اپراتور یا مدیر سیستم تنها از طریق گوشی های پاناسونیک (PT)

•    ابتدا گوشی را بردارید.
•    دکمه Extension lock را بفشارید.

برای برداشتن این قفل از روی داخلی ها مدیر سیستم وقتی در حالت برنامه دهی به دستگاه قرار دارد مراحل زیر را باید انجام دهد:
1.    دکمه Program را فشار دهید.
2.    دکمه 8 را شماره گیری نمائید.
3.    کلید Store را فشرده و در آخر دکمه Program را فشار دهید تا تمام داخلی ها از حالت قفل خارج شوند.

نکته: این قابلیت، ویژگی قفل داخلی از طریق کاربر را لغو می کند و اگر پس از رمز گذاشتن توسط کاربر اپراتور یا مدیر سیستم این قابلیت را فعال کند، کاربر دیگر نمی تواند قفل را از روی داخلی خود بردارد.
