دستگاه سانترال

دستگاه سانترال مانند یک مرکز مخابراتی عمل می کند. دستگاه های سانترال در شرکت ها، مراکز اداری و سازمان ها برای مدیریت خطوط تلفن (داخلی و خارجی) مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند و می توانند طوری برنامه ریزی شوند که بر اساس نیاز های شرکت بیشترین بهره وری را داشته باشند. برنامه ریزی آن ها معمولا از طریق کامپیوتر انجام می شود.

مدیریت خطوط مخابراتی به وسیله سانترال بسیار آسان است. مهمترین وظیفه این دستگاه اشتراک گذاری خطوط تلفن شهری بین داخلی ها بدون دخالت نیروی انسانی است. به عبارت دیگر می توان ارتباطات تلفنی مجموعه را از این طریق بهبود بخشید.

دستگاه های سانترال

سانترال، امکاناتی نظیر مدیریت خطوط شامل تفکیک و توزیع آن‌ها، همچنین تشکیل صف و پاسخگویی به تماس های مشتریان را در اختیار هر مجموعه قرار می دهد.

برای استفاده از این امکانات به یک دستگاه سانترال و تعدادی تلفن سانترال نیاز است.

انواع دستگاه سانترال

دستگاه ها را از دو نظر می توان تقسیم بندی کرد؛ ۱- براساس ظرفیت و ۲- براساس نوع کارکرد.

۱) انواع دستگاه بر اساس ظرفیت

هر دستگاه به تعدادی خط شهری و تعدادی خط داخلی متصل می شود. بعد از خریداری دستگاه می توانید با اضافه کردن تعدادی کارت ارتقای سانترال به تعداد پورت های شهری و داخلی اضافه کنید.

کم ظرفیت

با توجه به توضیح بالا، دستگاه های کم ظرفیت، از تعداد کمتری خط شهری و داخلی پشتیبانی می کنند و هرچند می توان با خرید کارت، تعداد خطوط را افزایش داد، حداکثر تعداد خطوط شهری و داخلی که می توانند به این دستگاه ها وصل شوند نسبت به سایر دستگاه ها کم تر است.

دستگاه های سانترال کم ظرفیت فقط شامل دو دستگاه TES824 و TEM824 می شوند.

دستگاه TES824 در حالت پیش فرض می تواند از ۳ خط شهری و ۸ خط داخلی پشتیبانی کند که این تعداد با افزودن یک کارت ارتقا به ۶ خط شهری و ۱۶ خط داخلی و با افزودن دو کارت ارتقا به ۸ خط شهری و ۲۴ خط داخلی افزایش پیدا می کند.

دستگاه TEM824 نیز در حالت حداکثر (با افزودن کارت ارتقا) از ۸ خط شهری و ۲۴ خط داخلی پشتیبانی می کند که این تعداد در حالت پیش فرض دستگاه ۶ خط شهری و ۱۶ خط داخلی است.

پر ظرفیت

سه سری NS، TDE و TDA از دستگاه های پرظرفیت به شمار می روند.

۲) انواع دستگاه بر اساس نوع عملکرد

بر اساس نوع عملکرد دستگاه های سانترال را می توان به دو نوع تحت شبکه و غیر تحت شبکه تقسیم کرد.

تحت شبکه

نوع ارتباط اصلی تلفن هایی که به این نوع دستگاه ها متصل می شوند از طریق یک شبکه (IP) است.

سری NS و TDE تحت شبکه کار می کنند.

غیر تحت شبکه

دستگاه هایی که تحت شبکه کار نمی کنند مدل های TES و TEM و سری TDA را شامل می شوند.

دستگاه های TDA می توانند از خطوط داخلی دیجیتال، هایبرید و آنالوگ پشتیبانی کند.

در حالی که مدل های TES و TEM فقط خطوط داخلی هایبرید و آنالوگ را ساپورت می کنند.

انواع تلفن سانترال

بعد از خرید دستگاه سانترال، نیاز است که چند تلفن برای اتصال به آن خریداری نمایید. این تلفن ها -به جز برای خطوط داخلی آنالوگ- با تلفن های خانگی فرق دارند. برای خطوط داخلی آنالوگ می توانید از تلفن های خانگی استفاده کنید. تلفنی که به خط داخلی آنالوگ وصل باشد -مانند تلفن های خانگی- فقط قابلیت پاسخگویی و شماره گیری خطوط خارجی را دارد و نمی تواند خطوط داخلی را مدیریت کند.

شرکت های مختلفی اقدام به طراحی و ساخت دستگاه سانترال کرده‌اند، اما دستگاه‌های ساخت کمپانی پاناسونیک یکی از پرفروش‌ترین‌های بازار هستند.

۱- پاناسونیک به‌روزترین تکنولوژی ها را در دستگاه های خود به کار برده و قابلیت های بسیار زیادی را در سانترال های خود تعبیه کرده است.

۲- به علاوه، سانترال پاناسونیک نسبت به امکاناتی که در اختیار کاربر قرار می دهد، قیمتی بسیار مقرون به صرفه دارد.

۳- عمر بالای دستگاه و قطعات مصرف شده در دستگاه های سانترال پاناسونیک باعث می شود که بتوانید مدت زمان طولانی به طور مفید از دستگاه استفاده کنید و در طول سال های متوالی نیاز به تعمیر دستگاه سانترال خود نخواهید داشت.
